Dr. Janelle L. Gagnon is an instructor and research consultant in the Department of Psychology and Education at 成人视频College. As the course manager for Introduction to Psychology and the department鈥檚 SONA Systems Administrator, she plays a key role in supporting student learning and faculty research. She provides qualitative and quantitative research consulting, specializing in methodologies such as phenomenology, thematic analysis, and experimental design. With extensive independent consulting experience, she assists students and faculty in developing rigorous research projects and offers guidance on data analysis. Dr. Gagnon also teaches the Honors Thesis Seminar for advanced independent study students in the fields of psychology, neuroscience, and education.
Beyond her teaching responsibilities, Dr. Gagnon leads training sessions throughout the academic year, introducing students and faculty to essential software tools like NVivo and SPSS. She also serves as Co-Chair of Staff Council, advocating for staff concerns and fostering institutional transparency, and is a member of the Institutional Review Board. Dr. Gagnon holds a doctorate in educational leadership and a Master of Arts in psychology, bringing extensive expertise to her research, mentorship, and academic service at 成人视频College.
