Amia Dixon has been an educator for 15 years working in grades K-12 various capacities in Special Education. For 5 of those years, she served as District ESOL teacher and coordinator.
She received her Bachelors and Masters degree from Georgia Southern University. She received her Specialist Degree from Piedmont College. She is pursuing her Doctorate Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of South Carolina.
She is currently a Special Education Classroom Teacher and Grade Level Chair.
