- Director of Compensation and Payroll
The Payroll Office is responsible for maintaining the payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating and inputting data; computing employee’s pay based on time records, benefits and taxes; and auditing payroll reports to ensure the proper calculation of employees’ pay for all payrolls. We assist employees with questions about their pay, deductions, and taxes.
The College has three types of payrolls that are run throughout the month: monthly payroll for salaried employees, biweekly payroll for hourly staff and biweekly payroll for student employees.
Employees can find information on their pay advices, pay schedules, W2s, online timecard entry, and paid leave entry for monthly employees in the self-service portal.
The Payroll Office within the Human Resources Department maintains employee biographical and pay data, and processes monthly payroll for all salaried employees and biweekly payroll for all hourly paid employees (including students).
